A new college baseball champion has been crowned and it is the Tennessee Volunteers for the first time in school history. They prevailed Monday over the Texas A&M Aggies in Game 3 of the championship round of the College World Series, 6-5.
Tennessee and Texas A&M will now play Game 3 on Monday at 7 p.m. ET. ESPN will televise the game from Charles Schwab Field Omaha. The Aggies initially took a 1-0 series lead on Friday after beating the Vols 9-5.

In the digital asset space, there’s no shortage of potential pathways. With so many companies and currencies taking root on a daily basis, it can be difficult to know which solution to choose, and who to trust. While a certain level of risk is to be expected in crypto, selecting a safe, secure entry point is critical to a successful journey. And when it comes to putting your value or information on the line, it pays to have peace of mind. Thankfully, you’ve come to the right place.
Legal scholars criticize the lack of regulation, which hinders conflict resolution when crypto assets are at the center of a legal dispute, for example a divorce or an inheritance. In Switzerland, jurists generally deny that cryptocurrencies are objects that fall under property law, as cryptocurrencies do not belong to any class of legally defined objects (Typenzwang, the legal numerus clausus). Therefore, it is debated whether anybody could even be sued for embezzlement of cryptocurrency if he/she had access to someone’s wallet. However, in the law of obligations and contract law, any kind of object would be legally valid, but the object would have to be tied to an identified counterparty. However, as the more popular cryptocurrencies can be freely and quickly exchanged into legal tender, they are financial assets and have to be taxed and accounted for as such.
In 2022, cryptocurrencies attracted attention when Western nations imposed severe economic sanctions on Russia in the aftermath of its invasion of Ukraine in February. However, American sources warned in March that some crypto-transactions could potentially be used to evade economic sanctions against Russia and Belarus.

World series game score 3
The Dodgers had runners on first and third with no outs in the fourth but didn’t score. The failed squeeze on the borderline call at home secured the first out. Yankees reliever Nestor Cortes then took over on the mound and struck out Shohei Ohtani and induced a lineout from Mookie Betts to end the inning.
Did you know that you can order an “original” print copy of this same box score from Baseball Almanac? The print source might be USA Today Baseball Weekly, The Sporting News, New York Times, Cleveland Plain Dealer, or other similar sources. Regardless, it will look great framed on your wall.
Fred Schwed, Jr., in How to Watch a Baseball Game (1957) wrote our favorite baseball box score quote, “The baseball box score is the pithiest form of written communication in America today. It is abbreviated history. It is two or three hours (the box score even gives that item to the minute) of complex activity, virtually inscribed on the head of a pin, yet no knowing reader suffers from eyestrain.”
